Margin on cards is $3.45 each, 49.6% of retail, a 1.99× mark-up. Notebooks run at a straight 50% and 2.00×. At $3.50 a card the $175 minimum is exactly 50 cards, so nine designs at the six-per-design minimum (54 cards, $189.00) clears it and eight designs (48 cards, $168.00) does not.
